These  General Terms and Conditions of sales will  govern all Bookings, payments, cash advances, reimbursements, compensation  and any other transactions concluded on www.riadscalia.com , on the internet , on other booking medias and /or through telephone or Email directly or indirectly with Riadscalia,

The client confirms having red and approved of these terms and conditions.

• 20 % cash advance minimum deposit of total room (or rooms) rent , to secure client reservation.
• Total balance, plus any extra charges incurred by client during his/her stay,for meals, beverage, and services, should be payed through PAYPAL, Cash or bank transfer, at RIAD SCALIA, before check out.
• Advances or payments to Riad Scalia are acceptable in Euros, equivalent in US dollars , or equivalent in Moroccan Dirhams( MDH ) at the prevailing daily official bank exchange rate in Morocco, at the day of each payment.

ROOM PRICES

• From time to time our prices may change. Updated prices of your chosen room or rooms  will be clearly published and stated to you when necessary and before you confirm your booking, then prices will remain unchanged and final aftereach booking.
• Our rates do not include only the pass through tourismState tax (currently €2.1/night/person).

• You may cancel your reservation without any penalty 15 days at the latest before the estimated date of your Check in, and your  total payed advances will be returned to you by Riadscalia.
• If you cancel your reservation 3 to 7 days before your estimated date of check in, 50 % of the advances received will be returned to you promptly.,and no penalty will applied
